Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Guji is named after the tribe of the Oromo people. Guji is bordered on the south by Borena, on the west by Southern Nations, Nationalities.

The Guji zone was created in 2002 when the upland woredas of the Borena Zone were split apart to create it. Right now, they have six washing stations in Yirgacheffe District and they work with other washing stations as a business partnership.

In natural coffees processing, the arrival of the cherry is sorted by hand first to separate the less dense cherries. Then, the good cherry is taken to raise bed to dry under the sunlight. This can take up to 21 days approximately. When the coffee is dried with cherry, it is milled to remove the husks and stored in the warehouse and transported to the final processing warehouse where it is filled with 60 Kg bad and shipped.
