BOB COFFEE LAB - COMPETITION SERIES
The name has its origin by the Mountain called Cerro Punta, located in the district of Tierras Altas, Province of Chiriqui, Panama. These areas were established by migrant families from the Boquete area. In the beginning, around the 1950s and 1960s, Typica coffee was planted but due to the low price of coffee in 1990s, it was decided to eliminate coffee and dedicate the land to planting vegetables. This coffee was harvested on March 12, 2020. For this process, the coffee, after being selected, it is taken directly to sun drying in African beds, where it will stay from 28 days until it reaches 11% humidity.
